Shipping Policy


Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • The contiguous United States (Lower 48)

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • P.O. Boxes for oversized items

Processing Times

  • Standard merchandise (apparel, small parts): 2–4 business days
  • Made-to-order and custom items: 7–14 business days
  • During peak seasons, processing may extend by 2–3 days.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Standard Shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Most orders ship via FEDEX Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

 

Freight & Oversized Items

Some items, such as body panels, bumpers, engines, transmissions, axles, or large crate shipments, require freight delivery.

 

Freight Shipping Includes:

  • Palletization and secure packaging
  • Residential or commercial delivery
  • Scheduled drop-off with the carrier

 

Freight Notes:

  • Freight shipments require an adult signature upon delivery
  • Additional fees may apply for liftgate service, remote areas, or special handling
  • Delivery windows vary from 5–14 business days, depending on destination

 

Custom Build Shipping

Completed vehicle builds ship via automotive transport.

We coordinate:

  • Carrier scheduling
  • Pick-up appointment
  • Delivery tracking and insurance documentation

Shipping cost depends on mileage, season, and carrier availability. Quotes are provided during your build consultation.


Return & Refund Policy

Returns (Standard Merchandise)

We accept returns on apparel, new accessories, and non-custom parts within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built vehicles
  • Special-order parts
  • Electrical components
  • Installed or modified parts
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging + item
  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Origin Land Cruisers is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
